Stumbled upon this place on a Saturday evening. The service was quick and friendly even though we didn't have a reservation. The burgers were simply superb. A fresh and delightful bun with either wonderfully cooked Angus beef or a crispy chicken breast that crunched among the accoutrements and burst with flavour in every bite. If you enjoy burgers, you're likely going to enjoy a meal here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

1 star is not enough. The burgers were cold. The fries were ok and the chicken is obviously frozen and deep fried. But you definitely pay a lot for something that at best is more than 3 times what you would pay at a fast food joint, as per quality of food (meat, fries and chicken). I don’t understand why it is called a gourmet burger restaurant when it is far from this. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Hey Dan, Thank you for your feedback. It’s never nice to get cold food served. I just wondered if you communicated this to the staff during that day? When some food items are not up to the standards, we always find a nice solution to accommodate everybody. Besides, I would be happy to show you our kitchen and prep. I can assure you our chicken is not deep frozen. However, as the name “fried chicken” suggest it, the chicken is indeed deep fried. We usually ask how everything goes during diner, always nice to find a solution on the moment instead of answering each others through computer screens. Best regards, Team chardin
