I haven't had such a delicious yufka in years. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients with every bite. The squeeze of lemon was a brilliant idea. Apart from that, after the yufka was topped, it was warmed up again briefly and the bread was briefly strung on a skewer for extra flavor. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.
