Just bad from the food to service. The employees seem to hate working there and that reflects on the food. My food tasted like dog food and looked nothing like advertised. Also way too expensive Food: 1 Service: 2

If I could give 0 stars I would. There was zero effort from the employees to have any.. ANY basic customer service. Zero kindness or understanding. I would take away any good feelings I had about this place due what took place today. My order was placed on 6/13/26 at 1:06 pm. Please see the employees on shift at this time. All were extremely rude from the beginning! The only names I got were Marquita and Amanda. Marquita was the first impression I got. She was rude from the start not willing to answer any of my questions with any sense of kindness. Then asked Amanda, who seemed like the manager. She was off to the side laid back. Everyone were just standing and laying back not working including her. Amanda shrugged off the question and didn’t make any type of effort then came over later. She was responding to my questions on the menu with an attitude. I work very hard at the company I work for, my coworkers make every effort to reach their goals to give good, even amazing customer service and it felt disgusting receiving this type of behavior somewhere I intended to purchase my meal and made to effort to come to the mall to eat with my family. Amanda was rude until I asked for her name. And still had an attitude asking if I had a problem when they were rude from the start. This changed everything I felt on this Charleys location. I was excited to come now I distain this location. Thanks to Amanda, Marquita and the close to five others on the shift. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love Charleys Cheesesteaks I eat there all the time but this location is a disaster!!!!! The food doesn’t taste like all Charleys Cheesesteaks if you order online and you get notified it’s ready you get there and only then they will start making the food. If you order it UberEat you will get different things. Absolutely disgraceful. The owner of this place most take some action!!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30
