The food used to be better and a little more filling. Last time I was there, I ordered a small steak, it had about as much meat on it as you would find in a single slice of bologna. They package the sandwiches open-face, in boxes, now. They used to be wrapped in paper and I swear that somehow made them taste better. Even the service has gone down hill, they don't seem to pay attention when taking your order, so don't be surprised if they ask you the same thing more than once.
