Its soooooo good and FRESH EVERYTIME!! Highly recommend ! I give them my money often. I dont have nothing bad to say about this place. I dont mind the wait for freshly cook delicious food! Food: 5 Service: 5

The Catfish was good and the Jambalaya lacked flavor. I spent $24 on one full pound of Catfish, I think it's ridiculous to charge for bread after I spent that much money. I was highly upset when they brought the $5 Jambalaya to my table it was TINY, it was like the size of a smaple. There was only one piece of shrimp in it. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I'm from St. Louis and I've been in Kansas City like 3 or 4 times. But Friday March 11, 2022 was the first time I had ever been to Charlie D's Express.I had the Catfish dinner and Chicken Wings with Green's and Sweet Potatoes. I don't know what y'all put in those Sweet potatoes but I want y'all keep doing whatever it is ya doing. Those we're the "BEST DAMN" Sweet Potatoes. I thought to myself somebody working here must be from Mississippi making Sweet Potatoes like this.I'm giving a five thumbs ups I'll be back again for some more.
