The food is excellent, be it the lunch menu or at events. Pleasant and helpful staff who try to satisfy the customer in everything. The prices are also acceptable. The restaurant is also baby friendly, which many mothers will appreciate, it has a nice little corner with toys, children's chairs and barrier-free entrance.. they even turned on fairy tales on the TV for us at the event, so that my daughter doesn't get bored. I'm really very patient and can turn a blind eye if something isn't great or doesn't work out. But for us to constantly have a problem with orders, that is already too much. I ordered lunch today through the Bistro at 9:55 (even before opening so that I can be sure that my lunch will arrive when I have a lunch break from 12). Confirmation of order with time until 11:30. 12:00 gone and no one called or wrote to me that there would be a delay, they only contacted me at my request. It's 12:22 and I still haven't had lunch. I'm not saying that I live a short distance away. I start work in a little while, so I won't even have time to eat. The fact that when I order through the Charlie website, they have already canceled my order about 4 times because the restaurant did not confirm it. I'm not even saying that they sent a different soup a few times. well thank you Food: 3 Service: 1
