I just left this location and ordered 2 chicken fried steaks WITH gravy and the associate rang it up as NO gravy (and I literally reminded her before I left ) and when I called she said if I come back up there I can just get the gravy?? Like I live no where near there and when I mentioned can I atleast get the patties AND gravy she gone say “no company policy says I can only give you what is missing” like girl who wants to drive ALL the way back up there in this Oklahoma heat because YALL messed up. Now I have to eat these dry chicken patties with no gravy and yall can’t make up for the OBVIOUS inconvenience yall created. TERRIBLE customer service, I should’ve knew to check my bag when I looked in there and it looked like everybody in there just graduated middle school. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Charlie's chicken has great chicken chunks, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, and cole slaw. I don't care for their baked beans. This particular restaurant, the staff, is always nice and very helpful. They do not offer a gluten-free menu, so if you need gluten-free, I recommend the rotisserie chicken. The meat loaf does contain gluten as well, so steer clear of this for all you meat loaf lovers, if you have to avoid gluten. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
