I work in the mall and I literally buy the brown sugar pearl milk tea every single time. The drink today tasted horrible nd I ordered a large size, which came to $8.59. It was literally a waste of money. I also asked the associate if they remake it but she clearly denied nd walked away. Might not even come back to this location now despite being in the mall almost everyday.

I had to try the brown sugar espresso today. The customer service was amazing, and the drink turned out perfectly. I highly recommend it!
