The food was good but bad attitude. Then they didn't ask what I wanted to drink, they just chose for me and it was tea and even that was nasty. No customer service at all. I got attitude when I asked to switch the drinks out for what I wanted

I visited yesterday, I ordered at the speaker then wanted to add on something at the window Chris who was very very patient with us was like sure. He tells what look like a crew member and someone in management that I added on to my order.I can't believe how the two women acted rolling their eyes and full of attitude!!! I then got Chris's attention and told him if it's a problem They could just give me my money back because I don't have to spend my money there...he reassured me it's no problem being very polite...then one of the ladies again dropped my food in the fryer like it was a big problem. I asked for my money back so this guy manager came asking what the problem was...I told him I wanted my money back and took my card but kept saying it wasn't a problem...I told him what was going on, he thought it was the guy who took our order but it wasn't. CHRIS should teach them stupid a** disrespectful women some true customer service skills. I didn't get my money because my kids wanted their food from here...I've been in their position I know how it is but You weren't even busy! If I do go back to this location it will be for Chris's customer service and not the two a**...I bet you that I wish I could've gotten their names. This may get deleted but I will call the complaint line!!
