I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Checkers on Plank Road. The long wait was already frustrating, but to make matters worse, the staff forgot to include all of my food even after I specifically asked about my order. I also called the same night and left a message, but never received a response. Poor customer service and lack of attention made this a very disappointing visit. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food didn't taste good at all, the funnel fries had a horrible after taste, taste like old cooking oil. The fries were OK. The burger are so small you would think they would taste like something, we all ate 2 bites and couldn't finish the burgers they were not good. I really feel like I wasted money by I rarely eat out and this was not it.. I want my 63.00 back. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
