Am I the only one that’s had a nightmare at the Checkers just trying to order some food? Their AI ordering at the drive-in sucks and won’t let you make any kind of customizations so we went to the window to order. Just with our order alone we had so many issues. I ordered a chocolate shake and got banana. I ordered mozzarella sticks and did not receive them. We tried to order Philly cheesesteak bites and they did not put them in the order because the worker claimed that we didn’t ask for them even though we said it multiple times. My sandwich had mayo on it even after I asked multiple times for no mayo and he even said you want to add mayo? and I said no I do not want mayo. There wasn’t much point getting it fixed as the worker literally wasn’t paying attention to us. In fact I saw the cheesesteak bites were missing and when I went back the worker was like oh you wanted those? I didn’t know you wanted a combo (mind you my husband said it 3 damn times clearly) so this dude ruined our whole day by not listening to us. We live close by so I’d love to be a regular there but after this I never want to come back. What if I was allergic to bananas? Or mayo? Never mind the waste of money. Yes they are affordable but not if you buy stuff that you don’t get or can’t eat. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Definitely not the impression we want to leave! We should be getting every order right and understand mistakes are frustrating. We will continue getting better. Thanks for the review, Lily. Feel free to reach out to us at https://checkers.com/contact

Last night I came to the store ordered food off the mobile app. I put no lettuce and tomatoes on my food when I get home and there’s lettuce and tomato all over my food. I hate taste of lettuce. I tried picking it off, but it just tasted like I was eating lettuce the whole time so I have four burgers, not even eating because I can’t stand the taste of lettuce and they couldn’t follow the instructions on the mobile order and fries that are full. I ordered an XL fry and burgers came with fries cause it was a meal and all the fries were cold. I cannot recommend this place Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

There is absolutely no way these positive reviews are real.i waited 30 min to get my food. The workers seemed very confused and not working well together. Just not on the same page at all. The burgers!!!! Looked like 1$ menu burgers. A mcdonalds cheese burger is bigger than these burgers. The fries were not even filled all the way everything was room temp and had a grey hue to it like it had been sitting FOREVER but yet my wait time was as if it was being made fresh to order. If google had Zero stars i would give it Zero stars. I almost thought they had given me the wrong order bc the burgers were soooo small. Im curious to see what their value menu burger is bc there is NO WAY it can be smaller them the ones i got. DO NOT GO HERE. There is absolutely nothing about this place worth the 30$ i spent. I cannot express this enough. I am not a big eater by anymeans this is not a gluttony issue. My kids werent even satisfied with the burger size. I was absolutely flabbergasted to have spent a normal amount of money on a doll sized burger .BOOOOOOO! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
