May 28, 8:25pm: I ordered 30 minutes ago through the app, and I just got my order. I came inside and waited around 10 minutes just for someone to approach the window. They were looking at me with no intention of asking what I needed, until I waved at one of them and told her the name on my order. About 5 minutes later, I got the food, but they gave me a soda instead of my milkshake. At first, I didn’t open it — I just stared at the drink because it didn’t look like a milkshake, and I asked her if it was the milkshake. She looked at me and said, “You get what you ordered,” and walked away. Before leaving, I opened the drink and realized it was just soda. I went back to the window, and thankfully she didn’t take too long this time. I showed her the soda, and in the rudest way possible she said, “There are no milkshakes. Thank you and goodbye,” and then closed the window. I work every night in a fast-food restaurant myself, and aside from the fact that treating a customer like that would be unthinkable on my part, I have honestly never been treated this way at any other fast-food restaurant or at any customer service place in general. At the very least, am I going to receive a refund for the milkshake? I’m calling a lot of checkers numbers and got no response.
