My experience at Cheddar’s was great! The food came out fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service really stood out. My server, Maren, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. She had a great attitude and made the whole dining experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend asking for Maren if you get the chance! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Feeling nostalgia on a Sunday I decided to reminisce on the old CIAA days and just old faithfuls like Chedsar’s. A gem back in the day when life was carefree. I gave this Cheddar’s location a tryout again (over a decade later). I used to frequent this location in the early 2000s. I fell for Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen for its consistency and quality. I'm grateful to learn that the experience is still on point here for the most part. The restaurant was nice and clean. There was no one to be found at the Host station. Very busy day, so this was to be expected. I sat myself at the bar. My bartender/server Crystal was amazing. Very kind, welcoming, and attentive. Crystal had tables and the bar to tend to and she didn't miss a beat. Always upbeat, pleasant, and worked well with everyone never sacrificing great customer service. The rolls were as I remember. Buttery soft and delicious. The New Orleans pasta was decent. Flavorful and meaty. My only suggestion is to cook the pasta less. I prefer my pasta al dente and the penne was cooked a bit too long. The temperature of my food on arrival to me was perfect. The kitchen has mastered this. Piping hot and blowable food is a YES for me every time. My classic mule was very good and refreshing. The right amount of ice and I enjoy the mint.
