The staff was very rude when we were ordering she was not interested in taking orders and explaining the menu, and after we got our pizza we asked to add oregano and she added oregano too much on only two slices of pizza and left other empty and when we said it is too much she said you asked to add. As a staff she should know how to perfectly sprinkle toppings on the whole pizza and should know how to treat customers. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1

Been ordering from Cheesy Bite a few times a week for years. The pizza is consistently good. The Butter Paneer Pizza is an absolute standout and I haven’t found anything like it anywhere else in Melbourne. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a very disappointing experience with this pizza shop. I was told over the phone that my order would be ready in 10 minutes, but it actually took around 40 minutes, which is a huge difference and very frustrating. On top of that, the quality and understanding of their own menu was poor. I ordered different types of bases, but it seemed like the staff didn’t even know the difference between a thin crust and a thick crust. The pizzas were not prepared as expected. Overall, the service was slow, communication was misleading, and the product did not meet basic expectations. I hope they improve their time management and staff training in the future Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
