Gracias.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that, based on the order details and pictures, the item selected was our regular Chicken Burger, which is a grilled chicken sandwich. Our breaded chicken sandwich is the Zinger Burger, which must be selected separately from the menu. Our chefs prepare the items exactly as ordered, and we always strive to provide the best quality and service. We appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll give us another opportunity to serve you with the right selection and a better experience and you hopefully change your feedbback to 5 star here. Special Thanks from Team #CheeziousUSA

Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We’re really happy to hear you noticed the improvements and enjoyed your second visit even more. It means a lot to us that we bring on Pakistani taste here in your town, that’s a huge compliment. We truly appreciate your support and can’t wait to serve you again soon! Team #CheeziousUSA
