I visited for the first time and ordered wings and a Zinger burgers for takeaway. I was in a hurry, so I didn't check the order before leaving. When I got home and served it to my guests, I found the Zinger burgers had only the chicken piece in the bun — no salad, no sauce, nothing else. The wings were just average, nothing special. This was disappointing for a first visit, especially serving it to guests. I'd appreciate it if the order-checking process could be improved so this doesn't happen to other customers. A national brand that forgot how to treat families. I have visited Cheezious before without any issue. This time I came with family women included expecting the same experience. What followed was something I felt compelled to put on record. From the very first interaction, the branch manager , who introduced himself as Athar, was cold, unwelcoming, and dismissive. We were seated right at the entrance, fully exposed, no privacy, waiters and guests constantly passing by. I requested a better option. Refused, no reason given. We settled in and placed our order. Shortly after, we politely asked Athar if we could move to a quieter, more private section nearby. He said "sorry" and I want to be fair and accurate about this, because he did say that word. But it was not an apology. It was one word delivered with a flat, indifferent expression and closed-off body language that made it clear our comfort simply did not matter. In hospitality, a "sorry" without sincerity behind it is not a resolution it is a dismissal with a polite coating. Here is what I only confirmed toward the end of our meal, those tables were empty the entire evening. Not just when we asked Athar. The whole time. They were available when we made our request and they stayed available until we left. There was never an operational reason to say no. That single detail tells you everything you need to know about the judgment on display that night. The food itself was fine. But here is the honest truth, no meal tastes the way it should when your family has been made to feel unwelcome and disrespected from the moment you walked in. The treatment poisoned the entire experience, and that sits entirely on the management. Cheezious is fine for a casual outing with friends. For families, especially those who value privacy and a respectful environment think carefully before choosing this branch. A hollow sorry is not hospitality. It never was.
