We had the absolute BEST experience with Chef Druw for my birthday, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. My wife surprised me with a private cooking class, and from start to finish, Chef Druw made the entire night unforgettable. He’s not only incredibly professional, but he instantly makes you feel comfortable—like you’re cooking with a friend you’ve known for years. His passion for food shines through in everything he does, and his sense of humor made the night even more fun. The food unreal. We made blackened shrimp with andouille sausage over fettuccine in a Cajun cream sauce that was next level—perfectly seasoned and clearly made with love. He also prepared a honey garlic salmon that was absolutely to die for. And to top it all off, he made a homemade cheesecake for my birthday that was seriously incredible. What really stood out was his attention to detail and how thoughtfully he curated the menu to make sure we loved everything. Throughout the night, we shared stories, laughed a ton, and just had an all-around amazing time. It didn’t feel like a formal class—it felt like a memorable experience with great food and even better company. If you’re looking for a private chef—whether it’s for an intimate dinner, a special occasion, or even a larger event—Chef Druw is your guy. His food is outstanding, and his warm, infectious personality is truly the cherry on top. I’m so grateful he made my birthday so special. 10/10 would book again.

We had an incredible private cooking experience with Chef Druw and can’t recommend him enough. From the very beginning, communication was seamless—he was responsive, thoughtful, and brought such a warm, friendly energy that immediately made us feel comfortable inviting him into our space. He worked with me to create a custom menu inspired by my wife’s East Texas roots, which made the whole evening feel really personal and special. The menu was amazing: jumbo blackened shrimp and smoked andouille sausage over fettuccine with a rich Cajun cream sauce, paired with garlic pan-fried green beans. As if that wasn’t enough, he surprised us with a honey garlic salmon dish that was absolutely delicious. And dessert? A perfectly executed cheesecake—beautiful presentation, creamy, light, and just outstanding. Chef Druw truly took care of everything. He brought all the ingredients and equipment, handled setup, and guided us through the cooking process in a way that was both fun and informative. He explained not just what we were doing, but why, which made it feel like a real learning experience rather than just a meal. He even kept the drinks flowing all night, which was a great touch. When it came time to eat, he plated everything beautifully like a restaurant-quality presentation. While we enjoyed dinner, he cleaned the kitchen and packed up a generous amount of leftovers for us to enjoy later—such an appreciated detail. Beyond the incredible food and professionalism, Chef Druw is just a genuinely great person to spend time with. The energy he brought over the phone is exactly who he was in person—kind, engaging, and easy to connect with.
