We ordered the mapo tofu, bbq beef, and typhoon shelter chicken wings. You can hear the crunch in the chicken wings from a mile away. They wait to fry the wings to guarantee freshness. The ma po tofu was silky, spicy and savory. Everything had the perfect amount of seasoning and saltiness. This has to be the best Chinese food restaurant in the Bay Area. This restaurant is a hidden gem! It is a small family-run restaurant with limited seating. The lady at the cashier was so sweet and friendly. She patiently introduced me to their menu and food, made recommendations. I'm very pleased by her customer service. I was pleasantly surprised how good portion size and how good the food tasted. Good food variety, great place to get Chinese comfort food at a decent price. You won’t be disappointed! I would recommend this place and definitely come back with family and friends.
