Vas a llevarte un buen recuerdo de este lugar, puesto que es famoso por su gran servicio y su amable personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sabemos que aquí los precios son interesantes. Este lugar tiene una atmósfera distendida y una decoración divina. Este bar ha recibido 4,5 estrellas Yelp por ofrecer comida de un alto estándar.

Wow! What an amazing experience. Highly recommended! We sat at the chefs bar and it was really cool to watch them cook everything. THE BISCUIT IS OVER THE TOP! You have to order the dish that comes with the biscuit in order to get the biscuit. But it's soooo worth it. Hopefully one day we will see the biscuits on the á la carte menu!  We will be back to find out.
I had heard so much about this little gem in Nashville so we booked our reservation a week in advance to ensure we could come for dinner on a Friday night with our party of 4. The place is small and intimate. The bar has the best seats in the house as this is where all of the action occurs and you can really get a good view of your food being prepared. We were seated promptly when we arrived a few minutes early for our 7pm reservation. We had bar seating right in front of the chefs. Our waitress was very kind abd cane over right away to see if we needed anything. The wine selection was impressive so we ended up ordering a bottle of wine and some beers for the table. The main menu looked very good, so much so that many of us opted to do a course off the main menu. I had originally planned tocdo a tasting but I opted to order an entree off of them menu because I did not know that out of the 7 tasting items you had to do the first 5 and they could not be changed (this is what our server told us). My husband opted to do the 7 tastings and he was pleased with the experience overall. All of our dishes were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. We had the elk tenderloin, scallops and short rib. The portions were perfect. We had the brussel sprouts as an app and wow they were amazing! My husband did not really care for one of his 7 dishes. He felt the Chilean Seabass to be overly fishy and he typically loves this fish. The rest of his dishes were incredible and all well seasoned. The morel mushroom was by far the best of his 7 dishes as he was kind enough to give me a taste of it. I could have eaten 7 plates of just that. The chefs were very attentive and did check to see how we liked our entrees. The only thing I will mention is that our waitress did not take any time for any of the 7 dishes to explain what my husband was eating. All he knew was the main ingredient and nothing beyond that. It would have been nice to have some sort of description prior to tasting each course. I would likely come back and give it another try in the future and hopefully choose a night where I would be able to do the 5 or 7 tastings. Overall it was a true culinary experience and for any foodie in Nashville I would certainly plan to put this on your list if you live in Nashville or if just visiting.
Hosted a business dinner at The Chef and I last night and it was an outstanding experience.  The service was excellent led by Jason and the drinks were perfectly crafted.  Most of us had the Dave Grohl.   We sat on the left of the kitchen and had direct line of site to Chef Chris Rains.  Chef Rains and his staff provided an amazing culinary experience and featured his taquito of the day, caramelized cauliflower, charred and shredded Brussels sprouts and red pepper pimento cheese with bacon and lobster bisque.  All were excellent.  The main courses of elk, duck and Chilean sea bass were perfectly cooked.  Chef Rains provided us an amazing experience!
