This was a highly disappointing experience. A $100 order took over an hour to arrive, and when it did, every item was wrong. The food was lukewarm at best, borderline cold. I’ve given this place multiple chances over the years, but it’s clear they just don’t get it. When someone orders food, they’re HUNGRY, and it should be HOT when it arrives. My steak and cheese had more mayonnaise than steak, and my niece’s $10 spaghetti was the size of your palm—she finished it in three bites and was still hungry, so we had to make her more food. When we called to complain, the manager offered no compensation, only attitude. Their family seems to eat there all the time, but when customers order, the service slacks off. It’s been inconsistent for far too long, and I thought I’d give it one more shot, but honestly, forget this place. You have one job: make good food. If you can’t do that right, you’re going to lose customers. It’s basic stuff. Hope you figure it out. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's a place called Chelmsford Sub Shoppe and it looks like they serve Boston style pizza so I think I'll just stick with sandwiches. The steak bomb was a decent portion, but I wouldn't say the price matched the size or quality. The sub came in a box which I think is weird, but I also think a sandwich wrapped in paper adds some magical flavor experience. Some may think that's weird. My meal didn't come with salami either, although I appreciate they didn't drench it in condiments. They are right across the street from me so I really wanted to give them a try. I'm not certain I'll be back when there are a lot of options I prefer more, but I wish them the best of luck!
