An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The atmosphere is simply incredible—beautiful, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell that every little detail has been carefully considered to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy their time. The entire team is exceptionally polite, professional, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality and attention to detail made our visit truly special. The service was outstanding, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. A special thank you to the manager, Mohammed Imran, for his excellent leadership and warm hospitality. I'd also like to thank Aref, Reybert, and Siraj for their outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The place is absolutely beautiful, and the best part is the atmosphere. Arif, Rebert, and Siraj were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. A special thanks to the manager, Mohammed Imran. He truly makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Thank you all! In a resturant service comes first all the time. I can cook a good meal at home, but service is what I would go to a resturant for. Unfortunately Chestnut Bakery lakes in service which means it fails for me as a resturant. Lets break it. Seating service: they do not know how time works nor which table suits which group. We were told we have to wait an hour, but then told us a table is available after just two minutes. When we sat we noticed the table is very small for our group. We asked for a bigger table but was refused, we asked for a table to be joined to ours but the resturant refused, we asked for extra chairs and again we were refused. Menu services: menu is supposed to be online view and order, the view part was fine but you cannot order and it showed you other tables ordering their food. Food service: I wrote all this review on my iphone before any food was served, but thats half the story. We were first told a sandwich has finished so we ordered another, the replacement we go was not what we asked and so we have to wait again. Another order did not arrive at all and between each order and the other the waiting was very long. Then comes the food which was not bad but after a horrible service nothing would taste nice Meal type: Brunch Price per person: SAR 140–160 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
