Seat charge is ¥400, we got 2 dishes and 2 teas each, and cost us 5,500 total for 2. Even though we arrived before 6 pm, the waiting time was a little more than 1hour and a half (it was Saturday). The atmosphere felt really tense, it was not at all what you'd expect from the YouTube vids, maybe they were just having a bad day. The food is overall nice, but definitely not worth the wait. I wish the dishes were also hotter (I find it mysterious that it is served right away, but it was only lukewarm, except for the gratin). I don't know if my bench was the only weird one, but I kept sliding forward all the time and maybe I should have just eaten standing. I recommend the sausage with porcini, and the tara gratin. Decided to try Chez Remy after seeing it on YouTube. We went on a weekday and waited 90 mins, which is understandable given the stall's popularity. Other than the quiche, the food was pretty underwhelming and the escargot was very salty. The chef is definitely a character but personally, the sporadic yells were more disruptive than funny. The staff were also talking about the customers in front of them in French. It's fine for the experience but we wouldn't go again.
