I thought I found a great spot to just relax at a place with an attentive staff. I always appreciate the small things like being given a glass of water, my order/name being remembered, and seeing other guests welcomed by name. I usually feel comfortable and very welcomed as soon as I walk in the door. Stopped by last night for a salad, and the usual staff wasn’t there. The vibe was low energy and like it was an inconvenience to get a glass of water. One server avoided eye contact with everyone and kept her head down while walking around aimlessly in the dining area. The other server disappeared for long periods of time leaving the service area without anyone taking care of over 20 customers. When I did eventually receive service, I was asked if I wanted my salad to go or for dine in. I told her to choose since it was about an hour before closing. I wanted to dine in, but they looked so tired, I felt I should go. She brought me a salad in a to go container with silverware versus disposable utensils. She dropped one of the dressings as she was putting everything in a bag. I felt bad when she offered to get another cup of dressing because she moved like she was sore from a busy night. The staff is typically giving me what I need before I even know I need it while conversing and helping multiple people. That is the main reason why I don’t mind spending a little more for a good salad and average wine. If the other staff isn’t back from vacation soon, I would suggest finding a new spot because we all know there are great options in Hampton Roads. The regular staff it what makes that spot great!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered 30 wings and got NO ranch lol also the pizza and wings were both cold. The cheese was slipping off the bread and wasn’t fully melted. All felt undercooked. Majority of the slices were just crust. Very disappointed and regret spending over 100$ for 2 XL pizzas and 30 wings for my family that’s visiting (after saying oh this is a local chain here we love it) 1/10 experience Food: 1
