Went to Chick-fil-A for dinner customer service was terrible!!! They were more concerned about getting off work than doing their job. Received my order and it was completely wrong. The drive thru hostess had a big time attitude and I had to call them out and get the order corrected . Disappointed, poor service from worst Chic-fil-a staff in history!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If we could give extra stars on service we would. We accidentally left one of our toddlers toys in the restaurant and didn't notice until we were well on our way on our road trip back home. My wife called the store, and the supervisor, Andrew Brown offered to mail the toy to us. This has made us incredibly happy, and will hopefully make our toddler happy again once it arrives . Thanks again Chick-fil-A and thanks again Andrew! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond by asking if we or the other customers needed anything and then following through and delivering what we all asked for: extra sauce and a straw. Small gestures but rare in a fast food restaurant environment. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
