Quiero darle mi opinión sobre el tratado al cliente y la atención es súper importante en un trabajo cuando trabajas para el público cada ves que visitamos un lugar a comer no te encuentras personal así con un trato preferencial y carismático como el de Melina ella muy amable muy atenta en su atención con el público para mí un placer poder compartir así en un lugar donde la atención sea Super presencial Melina te felicitamos mi familia y creo que todo el publico puede decir lo mismo gracias gracias. Very nice service at this Chick-fil-A but the park and order is not really my style. They mixed up my order briefly with another car, but it was straightened out. No complaints just not a fan of the layout. Once I got the right order, everything was correct and seemed pretty fresh. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

They don’t have a drive through. Instead, you park and order. There representatives have no way of knowing who got there first. In my experience, two cars who came after me were served first. It just so happened that one of them decided to ask all of the questions under the sun, which further delayed my assistance, even though I arrived first. When I asked the rep how they conducted their system, he admitted that they have no way of tracking who arrived first but didn’t offer any apology. Whoever owns this Chick-fil-A, please fix this.
