Gave me the wrong order after I payed all most 40 dollars for my meal. And then would not answer the phone to fix it. I get accidents happen but I order 10 tenders who else is doing that? Price per person: $30–40

I’m not sure if it’s because this location is so new, though i placed a mobile order, went through the mobile order line and waited almost 30 minutes for food with only a couple cars in front of me. At this point, I could’ve gone to ANY of the other locations in Rochester and gotten my food and been home quicker than it took to get my food at this location. It took so long the app was even asking me if i got my food yet. Food was good at least, chick-fil-a always nails this. But in terms of service? McDonalds does better than this location and that’s saying something. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
