If you’ve been to this most incredible Chick-fil-A in the last few weeks or months, I can only hope that you had the same level of quality and connection with the team that I did. If you haven’t been yet, I compel you to make a trip as soon as possible. The moment I rolled around the drive-through lane, Mandy was waiting for me, waving me down, getting me to the right spot so she could take my order with glee, a chipper attitude and some fun jokes. I was already in a great mood after that, but when I rolled around the window and Courtaney warmly greeted me and directed me where to park while I waited, I felt so secure in the strong system that they’ve established here. I saw her carrying bags of food up and down the lane with a smile on her face, what a work ethic! And just to make a good experience great, my friend, Brody, swung around my car, delaying his duties of cleaning, just to say hi. We only spent about a minute chatting together and catching up before he had to sneak back in, since it had already been a long day and he needed to wrap things up, but it is that high level of connection and relationship-first mentality that embodies the Chick-fil-A experience. This place is clean, professional, and frankly, fun. Also, tortilla soup, so delicious, please don’t leave it limited time, please keep it, I want it all year-round!
