Terrible, rude and unprofessional service! My friend and I went to chicken cottage with our kids and got the chicken pieces meals. After I ordered, the lady told me it will take 15-20 mins as they’ll need to fry the new batch. She said my friends chicken pieces were already made but since we were already waiting for my batch, I suggested for my friend to wait for the new batch of chicken as itll be more fresh. Upon hearing this, the lady spoke to man with her in her native language “look at these ladies, they want fresh food, they just keep saying fresh fresh”… little did she know we speak the same language! Incredibly RUDE and so unprofessional! The managers need to look into their staff and retrain them as well! I will NEVER be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
