Hello, Yenifer! We did not receive any complaints at the restaurant today/tonight. Were you at the Chicken Express at Concordia or did you use a delivery company like Uber Eats that did a poor job?

Really disappointing experience at Chicken Express tonight. The drive-thru line took almost over half an hour, and there were at least 6+ cars backed up waiting while the employees moved with absolutely no sense of urgency. It wasn’t even late either, it was barely 9 PM and the store doesn’t close until 10, so there really wasn’t an excuse for how slow everything was moving. What made it more frustrating was that an employee repeated my full order back to me correctly before I pulled forward, but somehow multiple sides were still missing when I got home. After already wasting that much time in line, having part of the order missing was ridiculous. I called the store afterward hoping they would fix the issue, but instead I was met with a bad attitude and basically told the order wasn’t missing anything. No apology, no accountability, just denial and rude customer service. Mistakes happen, but the combination of the extremely long wait, lack of urgency, incorrect order, and dismissive attitude made this a terrible experience overall. After spending $40 and almost an hour in the line, im upset i didnt get my money’s worth Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
