On this day the chicken was dry and rather dark tone. I think they either cooked it too long or it had been under warmer to long. Not their best product on this day.

Rarely have I experienced a visit to any fast food place go so poorly from start to finish. The drive thru speaker was busted and had a paper note placed on saying to go inside to order (which is not in and of itself anything bad. Technology fails and things happen. However... it turned out to be foreshadowing for the rest of the..."experience"). The lady in front of me ordered food, and they had it out to her before she had even left the counter. While the speed might be the quickest I've ever seen at a fast food establishment, makes me wonder if her food was fresh at all. I then step up to the counter to order. I was surprised by the amount for 2 meals and just one additional add on of rolls being over $40. After returning home with the food, I realized the lady working the cash register had entered both meals with "no sides" and charged for each side individually. They also gave us the wrong order. We ordered the chicken strip meal and got a chicken meal. We also ordered a 3 piece meal with all thighs... and got a meal with no thighs. If there's any redeemable note, at least the mashed potatoes were warm and the chees sticks were good. However, we won't be going back to this place for a minimum of 6 months. I hardly ever post any reviews, but that went so poorly that it feels worth it to do so. They gave the wrong orders to 2-3 customers while I was there. The rolls we got were SO burnt that it's hard to believe they even sent them out. They either need to fix this location's issues ASAP or close this location down. HORRENDOUS. Denison TX store. Fish fillets were so salty they were inedible. Fried okra was cold and full of greasy oil. The last time I got chicken tenders, they were also full of salt. You have really ruined your reputation with me and I will never be back ( as if you care)
