Manager is extremely rude. I let her know the sweet tea was not sweet like normal. She grabbed a cup, sipped the tea and informed me it was sweet. When Insaid it is not, she m, very rudely stated” I don’t know what to tell ya” and then she turned and walked off. I have been coming to this establishment for several years and have never been treated with anything but respect. Except this time. I can honestly say I will not be back as long as that lady is there and I will make sure I tell everyone I know about it. Word of mouth goes a long way. I have never been treated so rudely at this establishment. I am so disappointed . In the end, the chicken tenders were delicious and maybe the best i have had from this brand, that I enjoy more than the others. Just before that very delicious chicken I bit into the reason why I go to chicken express over the others, and thats because of the fired pickles. These were the opposite of the chicken, extremely over fried and harder than anyone could imagine. In short the chicken was worth it and next time ill just not order the pickels.
