Been here a lot but this was by far the worst. I got 4 pc tender meal. Chicken was really dry and the okra was burnt. Along with some poppers that had to have been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Probably not coming back after this. It went from chicken express to chicken regret. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

This is ridiculous. I was spoken to extremely rudely at the drive thru. Attempted to say something at the window, which was a different person, and she told me that wasn't her problem. OK then get me a manager, like i asked, instead of ignoring me. Then I get back to work and my food (2 meals) was wrong. Both meals had the wrong side. Another side missing completely and asked for 1 large sweet tea and a regular and received a reg sweet and a regular unsweetened. I called the moment I got back to work and was spoken to rudely again, then have to take the wrong food back to them (knowing it will go in the trash) in order for them to replace it or even just refund my money. Then was told it had to be within the hour. What sense does that make? I've never had such an awful experience with lunch anywhere. They lost my business for good. Ain't no food worth that poor service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Kaitlyn has exceptional customer service! i went there sunday, ive never had chicken express before but ive worked in customer service for over 6 years. its not often you get cashsiers/servers as well as Kaitlyn. she was extremely helpful with multiple customers, good attitude and looked out for the customers personal interest. if i had cash i wouldve tipped her. she was also very patient. most places need serves like her. she definitely earned/deserves her recognition! people of sherman come see what im talking about and pay her a visit. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
