Went in about two weeks ago to order the same thing that I’ve done for over 5 years. The young boy who took my order didn’t input the two scoop, two sides that I asked for correctly and instead rang up one scoop, two sides and charged extra for an individual scoop. After calmly explaining the mistake to him, he doubled down and repeated himself telling me I was the one making the mistake. I asked to speak with the manager who rang it up in less than a minute correctly avoiding eye contact while everyone behind the counter gave me strange looks. The guy behind me ready to order left after seeing the situation unfold. I asked for extra crackers which I didn’t get, the pickle was rubbery, and there was no lettuce under half the scoops because they had run out four hours before they closed and didn’t bother to prep any more. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Chicken Salad Chick before, but this one managed to completely change my perspective. The hiring procedure needs some serious help at this location. Prices have gone up and food quality has gone down. I had an extremely large grape in my sandwhich, and only one, and when i mentioned it to the manager he said they have never cut up their grapes before. It even says they cut the grapes in half when I search fruity fran from chicken salad chix. They also apparently do not cut up the grapes in the fruit cup given to CHILDREN. To say you have never cut up the grapes when i have been getting the same thing for years is laughable. I am so glad i happened to see what size they were before my 3 year old ate it and potentially choked. The mac and cheese tasted like it came from the freezer section at walmart. I would not recommend this place anymore. It was good once but they seem to not care at all anymore.
