Hospitality is bad. I feel like yall need a bell ringer up front so customers can alert we need something. Restaurants needs a deep deep cleaning. Fingerprints everywhere and the floors are so sticky. Soda machine looks so gross. Please clean that. I couldn’t use the restroom because it was blocked by a greasy tray of idk what. But the restaurant itself felt gross I didn’t bring myself to get to the restroom. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is our second time going to this location. We first visited when they had first opened this space. It was fine then we walked in. There was nobody there at 1 o’clock on a Sunday afternoon. That was our first red flag… we should’ve just turned around and walked away, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and we ordered the chicken shack combo and he gave me a regular hamburger. After waiting 25 minutes, we finally got our order and I didn’t even look at it and I said I wanted to go. He rolled his eyes and the cashier who was also in the back going back-and-forth with the owner on the side, put the pick up the burger with his hands and then gave it to me. Once I got in the car we noticed it was a hamburger versus a chicken burger so I went back and I said hey I asked for a chicken Shack burgers. In addition I saw you not use gloves when you put the burger in there and they tried to argue saying that they use gloves all the time and I said I’m not here to argue. I just want a refund and sure enough they gave me a refund because there was a customer waiting in the back. Also, the whole restaurant smelled like dead animals. Bathrooms were super filthy. Tables were sticky. Windows were dirty. Even greasy oil machines were off to the side. I almost threw up as I walked by. Yuck…. This is our last time will be here. Good luck staying open.
