I just ordered the chicken fries drive thru and it seems like the drink with the meal are getting smaller by the minute but what really took me by surprise was that they put the food in a paper tray and then into the plastic container which was easily HALF ONLY. Seems like the prices don't get lower though. Very disappointed, and won't be returning. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

I don’t usually leave reviews, but The Chicken Shack absolutely earned this one. The interior is disgustingly dirty — sticky floors, grimy tables, and nothing looks like it’s been cleaned in ages. There’s never a manager on site, and it shows. The employees are all very young and clearly not trained or held accountable for anything, especially customer service. To make things worse, they charged me for an item that was actually sold out. I spent an entire week trying to get in touch with a manager for a refund, but no one ever answered or called back. I finally had to go through DoorDash just to get my money back. Save yourself the headache — and honestly, avoid this place before you get sick. If the dining area looks like this, I don’t even want to imagine what the kitchen looks like. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20
