Paid 59.67 the staff were extremely rude. My fiancé asked if she could get an extra piece of bread and pay for it and they looked at her like she was crazy and just said no. The fries and bread were okay, but the chicken tasted like dawn dish soap. Worst part of my day. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Be advised, we do not recommend the Chicken Shack. The 20 minute wait to get the food was understandable as we were eating right around lunch time. However, the 30 minutes just to pay for the food was ridiculous. The kid behind the counter didn’t have a clue and kept walking off to get assistance. We had the daily drink plan and the kid said they were out of the special cups only to find out later they did have them. So we paid around $50 to eat a cold meal for two. Also most of the condiments were out and took about another 15 minutes to get them filled even after advising a manager. All of the tables were a mess as no one was cleaning up or cleaning after themselves. Just a horrible and annoyance experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
