Hi Euan, we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. When you came into the store, we listened to your concerns and, as a gesture of goodwill, provided a refund even though a large portion of the order had already been consumed, including the wings and chips being finished and several slices of the pizza eaten. We always try to handle complaints fairly and professionally, which is why we chose to resolve this directly with you at the time.
