The quality has really went downhill. Last time we ordered from here, our creamy onion sauce was bad. This time they gave me mystery meat? I ordered boneless chicken tossed in ginger sauce. WHAT IS THIS? Count your days Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Only been here one time so take this with a grain of salt but after months of wanting to try this place, I’m disappointed. The chicken was NOT good and honestly super dry. There were also lots of fry bits mixed with the chicken, which led me to pick through the chicken to find the “good pieces.” It left a terrible oil smell in my apartment too. The mac and cheese bites also were extremely mid—they looked like they had been tossed in an air fryer and put in a box for $9. The service was of course good but unfortunately I won’t be coming here again. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Do not go here. I ordered takoyaki and Chicken Katsu, the sauce on the takoyaki was sour. This place got a food safety rating of 42 months ago which is extremely low. This was due to cockroach infestations, poor kitchen sanitation, and raw meat all reported by other reviews here. Until you get your situation together Chicken Factory, I will not be coming back. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
