The Noto Peninsula earthquake hit the area. We went to a restaurant where yakiniku and horumon (grilled meat and hormone) is the sign.When we entered the restaurant, we were told that a group of customers had just arrived and that we might be made to wait.We were guided to our seats with the understanding that theThe appearance of the restaurant and the gas stove on the table are also to my liking. We immediately ordered grilled beef tongue with salt, shiro, senma-yaki, pig's feet, and rice.After a short wait, a plate of pork leg arrived, and when grilled well, the meat is easy to remove and plump.It's been a while since I've been here, and it's delicious. I especially liked the hormone shiro and senbaida.The shiro was tender and juicy, and the senbei had a nice texture of meat. On the way to the restaurant, we decided to get the fried young chicken, which we had been wondering where to go.It seems to be a specialty, and I was fortunate because crispy fried bone-in chicken is a favorite of mine.
