Everything I ordered tastes good. Half rack of baby back ribs. Calamari and boneless bbq chicken. Server and store manager are great. Theyre the most polite I’ve encountered thus far here in SM Clark. I found the calamari a bit salty and the manager offered to replace it. I respectfully declined but appreciated the offer. There’s just too many people dining in today and I can have that order to go anyways. I can imagine how stressful it must be for the kitchen crew to cater to this much volume of customers. Kudos to everyone. Will definitely dine in again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱1,000–1,500

I am very disappointed with the customer service. We were asked to pay the amount again because their payment machine apparently did not receive our payment. What makes this more frustrating is that they had apparently experienced this issue before, yet we were not warned about the possibility of the payment failing. If the staff already knew that the machine had problems, they should have informed us beforehand instead of proceeding and then putting the responsibility on the customers afterward. The whole situation was frustrating and poorly handled. I hope management addresses this issue and improves both the reliability of their payment system and the way staff handle situations like this. Customers should not have to deal with the consequences of a problem they were not informed about. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
