Far from the Chili's experience I'm use to. Came in alittle after 11:00. Upon entering we waited for seating, while the staff was having some kind of staff meeting or something. They're all standing in a little huddle while we're just standing there waiting for service. When we were finally seated and received our order, the soup was cold. Not just luke warm but downright cold. When the Manager finally came to the table I told her, "the soup is ice cold, someone forgot to turn on the stove". Her reply, "we don't have a stove". Well okay then, they forgot to put it in the microwave. Whatever, will not come back here. I have to many choices of where I want to spend my money. And it won't be here. Note: Server Elijah was good. It was the manager which gained this location a 2 star. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We waited ages to get a table. We could see the clear table and had 2 kids with us so it was very frustrating to stand around holding 2 babies when we could have at least sat with drinks. Then the server complained about being double sat which is whatever. Then we asked 3 different people for drink refills and never got them. Everyone’s was completely empty. My fiance had to actually get up and go ask for a refill. It still took a while even after that. To top it all off, my baby and I both got food poisoning from the pasta. The Cajun chicken pasta is like $15 and it’s literally the same as the dominoes pasta with a little sprinkle on top. It made me and my child incredibly ill. Oh also the manager saw us waiting at the front and said “oh they’ll be fine” after we’d been waiting an hour. It wasn’t even busy. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

While on a visit to Roanoke, we decided we wanted Texas Cheese Fried so Chili's it was! We were seated as soon as we arrived and greeted promptly by our waiter. We placed our order for the fries and our drinks. Fries were amazing. We ordered our meals and everything was good. I'm not one to complain at restaurants because I don't like having to go through the ordeal of a visit from the manager to see what the problem is and waiting for a new order that just takes more time for the visit and always happens after everyone else is finished eating. I ordered the Triple Dipper as my meal with Big Bites, Buffalo Boneless Wings and Nashville Hot fried cheese. Everything was good but the boneless wings were actually a little cold and tasted almost like they were freezer bit. I ate a couple and decided not to finish them. Burgers and cheese was great. The 4 stars is only due to the chicken. So, to summarize, Service was amazing. Food was great but check those chicken nuggets. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
