I had a very disappointing experience at this Chili’s location. A team member blatantly ignored me not once, but twice. At first, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed she simply hadn’t heard me. After trying again, it became clear that she was intentionally ignoring me and didn’t want to assist me. No customer should have to feel dismissed or invisible when they’re simply trying to get service. It was unprofessional, disrespectful, and left me feeling unwelcome. Because of this experience, I will no longer patronize Chili’s. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, addresses the issue with their staff, and ensures that every guest is treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

Togo order food was supposed to be ready at 8:40 we didn’t leave til 9:45 after getting yelled at by staff and watching one staff member say one thing and tell us 40 minutes after we had already waited 40 minutes. When we asked for a refund for our food we were told it was an us problem and to deal with it on our own online. When we said no and we wanted a refund the staff member instead just walked away and never spoke to us again. Another staff member came out and was offering to get us a refund but then questioned why we wanted a refund if our food was ready, and if we still wanted the refund. We should have taken the refund I guess because who know how long the food had been sitting there. It was completely inedible once we got to the car, waste of $75, waste of time and knowing the amount of disrespect we received just trying to get answers along with everyone else who had been waiting for over an hour too along with someone who was getting screamed at by an employee after he questioned the 10 bags of Togo orders just sitting there that everyone was refusing to check to see if food was ready or not. It took us 20 minutes to get the food once they told us the food was actually ready. Being able to see food in the kitchen that was sitting with personal belongings and being kept in an unsanitary location in general was enough to question whether the food was safe to eat but the continued thought that our food was messed with because of how we and everyone else were treated was concerning. We tried to trust food was going to be safe but it didn’t matter the food was inedible and tasted like the fries were hours old and gritty and anything with cheese on it was completely hardened. So where was our food sitting sat and watched someone record after he got screamed at by the same staff member that yelled at us. Who only started recording after an employees child walked back into the kitchen with his backpack. But standing around leaning and talking, calling or sitting on phones was just about the same as every other staff member was doing in that kitchen. Outside of the staff members who were sitting out at a booth also doing the same. The sight to see staff members vaping in a dining room is atrocious. Several door dash orders for people around us were getting the same treatment. The roof was also leaking and genuinely wanted to tell someone in case they weren’t aware as it was dropping onto the POS system but honestly was not willing to encounter another round of disrespect from this staff. Thank god we were traveling and visiting the area, I would be heartbroken to know this was the only location near me for Chilis. We will continue to go to chilis and support the fantastic locations near us who make every experience amazing and provide amazing food. But it will never again be this location because no one deserves the in-humane, disrespectful, disgusting and downright embarrassing service, food and atmosphere that this location provides. This location is an embarrassment to represent Chilis. We would like a refund, but as the staff members who had told us we were on our own and have looked at how to do it online and have no insight on how to accomplish this. We never did ever get a manager after we said several times we wanted the manager and a refund. But if I was responsible for this staff I would be embarrassed as well. This is not a place to take your children or family. It’s not appropriate and with the looks of the kitchen it wasn’t safe either. We still have been attempting to locate a way to get a refund as we may have received the food but we were unable to eat it at all. But as we were advised we could do it online and we attempted to but have found no solutions to doing so. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80 Atmosphere: 1

My experience at Chili's Grill & Bar this past weekend was great! My daughter and I went Sunday afternoon, and the wait was about 25 minutes for a table due to being busy. Once we were seated, our server greeted us and took our orders; that came out pretty fast! The food was hot and delicious, and the Jackberry margarita was delectable. I especially liked that the kids menu included pictures of all of the items offered. This was my second time dining at this location, and I will continue to in the future as well. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Appetizers
