Vas a llevarte un buen recuerdo de Chili's, puesto que es bien conocido por su gran servicio y su amable personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Según el punto de vista de los clientes, sus precios son cuestionables. Cuando entres en este establecimiento, presta atención a su festiva atmósfera. Pero muchos usuarios que usan Google no le dieron a este lugar una nota muy alta.

I've put this review off for a while. Initially, I was happy to visit and experience Chilis after many years. I was happy to pay the high price and eat the subpar grills prepared. Then I said I'll stick to the burgers as they are really good and I was willing to treat my family out for it. In the space of 1 week we visited twice. My first visit being on national day long weekend and the other a few minutes ago from posting this review. Here's what's wrong with this branch: 1. It's old and outdated and the feeling of dirty is prevelant. Just look at the lamp shades hovering above your table as you sit, it's filthy. 2. The waiter we had over our last visits was great. The waiter we had on the last 2 visits was attrotious. He sat on his phone more than anything. Today, we called him 3 times before I got up and walked over to the manager. Bear in mind, his colleague we flagged down at the "bar" area wasn't even able to get his attention when calling his name. To cement this problem, when we visited on National day weekend, the Omani couple seated near us couldn't get his attention despite calling more than 5 times. It was only after their child screamed out to him that he responded. (they were not very busy on both occasions - in fact today it was just my family and I) PS - on the first visit I was audaciously asked if I'd like to leave a card tip :/ to tip must mean I get great service. Which I didn't. Every other visit prior to this, we did tip. Because even though the food wasn't to standard, our waiter was GREAT! 3. So what's actually available? Notice how the recent reviews don't mention anything about ribs? They don't have ribs people. They have a menu with rib options, but they have no ribs. Oh what about jalapeño poppers for starters? No. OK then let's try the flatbread. Not available. This is all down to a supplier issue apparently but the menus are still printed without any care to remove these items or hide them. 4. Pricing. If you're going to drop 20 to 50 riyals on food, you expect it to leave you wanting more, satisfied, and money well spent. I honestly haven't felt that way in recent times here. Not sure if it's the mall, the boycott, the incompetence, the crap service, the subpar food or the ridiculous prices, but we've never seen chilis busy. I don't think they'll stay open much longer. And if they do close, well then there will be nothing to miss. Very bad servise they are never on time we came at least 40 min before closing hours but the manger mark was so rude and told us that we are closed.. if i can give them zero i would do the happily Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pathetic food quality Ordered Sirloin steak and chicken crispers. Steak was only fat and crispers were tiny pieces of chicken and the food was served cold. When I complained to the manager, his amazing response was " i cant do anything", this comes from dubai. Never going to chili's again!!
