Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re really glad you enjoyed our unique dishes and bold, authentic flavors—it means a lot to hear every dish hit the spot We also appreciate you noticing the portion sizes and value, as well as the cleanliness of our space. Your feedback about the seating is very helpful—we’ll definitely take a closer look to improve comfort for future visits. Looking forward to welcoming you back again soon!

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for misunderstanding, but we’d like to clarify the seating arrangement during your visit When you arrived, our staff asked whether you preferred a booth or a table, and your wife chose seat A2. Later, when you mentioned feeling cold, we immediately helped you move to seat B3. At that time, there were no other 2-3 people seats available. The guests who arrived later and were seated at A5 were placed there because it is a 5-person booth, assigned based on party size.We always do our best to seat guests according to availability and party size while accommodating preferences whenever possible. There was no preferential treatment involved. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future at Chilispot.
