I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Chili Peppers in Avoriaz, and I can honestly say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of character—perfect for a mountain getaway. A very special mention has to go to Richie the barman, who truly made our stay unforgettable. His friendly personality, great sense of humor, and incredible service created such a fun and relaxed vibe every evening. He’s an absolute gem and a big part of what makes this place so special. In fact, all the staff deserve recognition—they are attentive, kind, and genuinely committed to making guests feel at home. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their positive energy really sets this hotel apart. The hotel also has fantastic amenities for families, including a wonderful children’s room filled with multiple toys that kept the kids entertained for hours. And the outdoor hot tub is an absolute highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Avoriaz with great people, great facilities, and a lively, welcoming atmosphere, Hotel Chili Peppers is the perfect choice. Great place to stay with the most friendly and welcoming staff. Such a cosy vibe and close to the main Prodaines lift that takes you directly to the slopes. Loved our room which was clean and had everything we needed. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as it can be. The only thing about the location of the chalet is that the latest bus from the closest town is at 9pm which is a bit early and taxis are very expensive. Had a great stay overall and would stay again Service: 5

I think what makes this hotel special is the amazing team of people who are so incredibly welcoming. Along with their wonderful dogs. We had a fabulous time here we rented the lodge and very much enjoyed it. We used the bar every night we were there and should we be back in this destination? We would surely rebook. Service: 5
