I was in a hurry and ordered ahead. I was there at the pick up time and they didn't have it ready yet. They served 8 people that came in after me before I got my order. It would have been faster to cancel my order and get in line instead. Service: 1

My rice was hours old at the least, it was hard and cold. My friend ordered with me and was served pork instead of chicken and she’s muslim. The girl making our food is the one of the rudest service workers I have ever seen. She lets me completely order and then tells me their new sauce is completely gone it’s chipotle they can make more. I have never had a chipotle experience this bad, and they were out of forks. I have gone earlier this year and had a great experience clearly looks like they changed staff. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

What can I say about Chipotle Mexican Grill in Tucson, but besides that I love them, a whole lot zis what! I so love the fact that all of their products and food are gmo-free, and are from a locale source when possible. Their meat comes from butchers and manufacturers that treat the animals humanely, and they're not and not raised in KFO's, and everything is really, really fresh! All of this is an extremely important in this day and age where most of the food that's coming to us is fake or has been processed horribly and things have been done to it, but not Chipotle Mexican Grill, they are the best for fresh fast food. The meat is All Season just wonderfully the sauces taste great the food there is just wonderful I loved it and try go back at least once a week.
