While we were seated quickly initially for dinner service. The benches were build to do an odd half squat due to their peculiar quarter armrest rather than just slide in. We started to get our food from the buffet bar to find many of the options nearly empty. The food options we got were luke warm. A piece of the general chicken had an odd texture when I bit into it almost like it was undercooked. The price far outweighed the quality and service. Even the fortune cookies at the end were partially opened with crumbs scattering on the table when our check was brought out. Obviously we left those where they were laid. Will not be going back unless serious changes are made. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I personally like the service this restaurant provides as the people I talk to or at least the guy at the front desk is good at passing time by having conversations with me. The atmosphere is pretty great. They have a wishing tree in the front where anyone can write wishes for the future. Although there are some noisy customers at times I cant expect them to just kick that person out. I enjoyed the food and its one of the few Chinese places ill actually ever eat at. I tried diamond head and got sick but here the food is actually good and doesn't make me Wanna throw up. Overall would recommend everyone to eat at triple eights in republic and if anything just give it a try. Thank you for the great experience triples eights and I will be back! I see that this establishment has received some good reviews which I do not understand. If you're looking for an Asian buffet you definitely need to skip this one and drive on to Springfield. Very small selection one bar maybe 8 ft long. Was the main entree bar. Every chicken dish was some variation of what seems to be baked chicken breast cut into chunks then breaded fried and rolled in some various sauce to try to give it the appearance of being different dishes. The beef dishes weren't much better. Very rarely go into a restaurant and leave just feeling angry about the experience. Dark dingy dirty silverware bland food small selection overall you're better just going to McDonald's their representation is about as accurate for Asian food. I know this is Harsh hopefully this keeps others from making the mistake of wandering in there. And yes I did say dirty silverware. Price per person: $10–20
