I myself personally dealt with this order, you rang up adamant that you’d received the wrong order an was allergic to prawns, clearly in the picture there’s no prawns visible in the boxes, a refund was due to be processed after we agreed the food would be collected an checked so see if there was any issues but upon arrival was told it had been disposed due to prawn allergy, so somehow you’ve consumed the so called tasteless food but then still wanted a refund. Sorry it doesn’t work like that we have a simple way of sorting refund/complaints. Good luck disputing with your bank! Next time you want free food try the local food bank
