A month ago we booked a table with friends to sit. As a result, we ordered a lot - hookah, beer, food, and various snacks. The food is delicious, to say the least, the hookah is also good, the hookah man is great! Yes, all the guys are great, but the same cannot be said about the waitress, or who she is, it’s unclear. She always approached with such an arrogant look; when asked about the sauce for the wings, she answered very rudely, dryly and arrogantly, which immediately hurt my ears. They didn’t attach much importance at first, didn’t spoil the mood, switched to their topics and that’s it. But... After some time, this blonde madam came up again and said that it was time for us to vacate the table, they had the next reservation (although there was not a word about this before), she reasoned that “we have a hookah bar , not a restaurant, they don’t sit here for long.” Naturally, we didn’t like this and objected, especially since our table in terms of the amount of orders was larger than the total of all the tables taken in the establishment. Moreover, there were other free tables, but for some reason she decided to round us out. We refused to leave so early, to which she muttered something and left, refusing to take orders from us. This is my first time encountering such a “service”. Please take action! At this rate, you will lose all your clients. At least the level you are writing about will drop to “belching”.
