Not just the worst chinese food I've ever had but, possibly the worst food in general. General Tso's chicken. Terrible. Tasteless. Side of boneless pork ribs. Awful! Like chewing a damp rope. This place must be a cover for some illicit business because they couldn't possibly survive serving up this crap. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Not sure what is going on but we ordered food here tonight and it was horrible. Chicken and broccoli tasted so salty to the point you couldn’t eat it. The chicken fingers had barely any batter and were so over cooked I had to double check that I didn’t order chicken wings. It was a waste of $50. I usually order from chins kitchen everytime I come to town, but I guess we will have to find another Chinese spot.

I have been going to Chin's Kitchen for over 30 years. When I lived in Ludlow, I went there. When I lived in Chicopee, I went there. And now when in Springfield, they remain my go-to, and always will. Though they've changed owners the food is exactly the same amazing food it has always been. Their customer service is amazing. Online, I accidentally ordered bbq spare ribs instead of boneless & I called and no problem. They fixed my error and have always been so kind. Their wonton soup is the best you'll ever have. No one can beat their Gen Tsos. Their Kung Pao chicken is to die for. Their chicken fingers and boneless ribs are the best. So few things are as good as I remember them from childhood, but Chins Kitchen is one of those few places where the flavor and quality of food has remained amazing. When I'm having a bad day or a stressed day, they are my security blanket. It is so reassuring to know I can order from them and have amazing food & great service. I can't say enough good things about them. I was so happy when they started delivering to Springfield. Also, it's worth mentioning their prices are fantastic. It's so difficult to find a place with amazing food, great prices and friendly customer service, but Chins is one of those few places.
